Delivery

At My Reg, we prioritise efficient delivery of our products to our customers.

 

All orders are promptly dispatched via our designated courier services. Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (except in the case of a bank holiday, where dispatch will occur on the subsequent Tuesday). Express orders must be placed before 2pm.

While we make every effort to meet delivery expectations, please understand that delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. We cannot be held liable for any delays or errors in delivery that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with our chosen delivery

 

partners.

The Company cannot be held responsible if the Purchaser selects an incorrect delivery method or provides an incorrect shipping address. It is imperative that the Purchaser verifies all delivery details before completing the order.

 

Lost items will be addressed according to the policies of our courier services. Replacement of lost items will be at our discretion and subject to a full postal investigation to determine the cause of loss.

Communication Preferences

 

At My Reg, we value our customers’ preferences and may occasionally send personalised marketing messages via email and SMS. These messages may be tailored based on your browsing history, purchase behavior, and other relevant information we hold about you.

Opting Out: If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us, you have the option to adjust your preferences at any time by contacting us directly or by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided in our emails. However, please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, you may still receive transactional messages regarding your orders and important updates.

 

Sales Agreement

By initiating a transaction with Car Plates Direct, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’, you are entering into a binding agreement and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that under Section 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Statutory Instrument 200 No.2334), cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, whether through internet, telephone, or mail. This means that transactions are final, and refunds cannot be issued. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure the accuracy of all details provided during the ordering process.

 

Refunds and Returns

Faulty Goods: In the event of a fault with the goods provided by the Company, the Purchaser may be entitled to a full refund, provided that the fault is not due to any actions or omissions on their part.

Liability: While we strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products, the Company cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by the postal system or third-party carriers beyond our control.

Damaged Plates: If the plates arrive damaged or faulty, they must be returned to us for inspection. Damaged or faulty plates, as determined by our technicians, will be replaced at our discretion.

 

Usage Disclaimer: The plates supplied by Car Plates Direct are intended for “off-road” use only, such as car shows and private land, where road regulations do not apply. The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with relevant regulations if they choose to use the plates on UK highways.

Refunds and Returns Policy: Please note that refunds or returns will not be

 

accepted if the Purchaser changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the received items. Showplates are personalised products, and variations may occur from the online design due to limitations of website software.
